Puppy Dogs and Rainbows Friday: I do these posts mainly for me, to remind me on days that aren't so good, that my life is good, overall. I hope you also enjoy them. I invite you to do the same. Link up if you want (I really don't understand how that works) or comment to let me know what has made your life shiny this week. As moms (and you awesome dads that read this), we seldom have the time to see the sparkles in our fog of dirty diapers, whining toddlers and constant need by others. Moral: be sure to stop and smell the unicorns every once in a while.
After a week consisting of Peanut getting her eye removed, mom having a lump scare after a mammogram and my lil man coming down with a nasty cold... hubby buying me a brand new dslr camera, my department Christmas party and cuddles with Brody made me shoot puppy dogs and rainbows outta my ass. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteBoo. and Yay!
DeleteGoing to the doctor and getting a date on when they are going to induce me (I have a condition ICP, where I can't go the full 40). There was a lot of confusion prior on when, where, how I was going to get that information. Now I know my baby is going to be huge and healthy and I will meet them Jan 2nd (Unless induction takes days..but we aren't letting the rainbows coming out of my ass know that ;)
ReplyDeleteDoes that stand for Insane Clown Posse? That has to be super annoying!
