Puppy Dogs and Rainbows Friday: I do these posts mainly for me, to remind me on days that aren't so good, that my life is good, overall. I hope you also enjoy them. I invite you to do the same. As moms (and you awesome dads that read this), we seldom have the time to see the sparkles in our fog of dirty diapers, whining toddlers and constant need by others. Moral: be sure to stop and smell the unicorns every once in a while.
I thought nothing could be cuter than your son eating a blanket in his sleep... And now I learn that your daughter sleeps like a frog. You are very talented at making cute sleepers.

DeleteI'm also impressed with the sleeping, mine prefer to sleep half on and half off the bed with 47 blankets.

d) What made my life shiny this week: My daughter and I listened to a great horned owl outside her bedroom window, AND THEN she fell asleep on the couch with her head in my lap...she's 18 months old, she hasn't fallen asleep in my presence in at least a year, it was like some sort of miracle happened in my living room.
Sorry I'm too new here...I didn't know she wears a fuzzy pink eyepatch! I can't lie, it's pretty cute. If wore an eyepatch, it would also be pink and fuzzy. :)
