We finally finished The Quiet Contemplator's room, complete with big girl bed. She loves it. Thought I would share the end result.

  1. This looks great! I see your style is exactly like mine. Vintage chic? Or something like that. Anyway, it looks amazing, it's a truly inspired room. She will love it for years!

  4. That's really cute!! The accent wall pulls it all together nicely. Good thing I don't have a girl... I'd go nuts with the frill. I mean broke.

  5. I love it! And I'm jealous that you have a kid who can be trusted with those birds. Mine would wreck them so fast.

  7. Love it! Especially the birds, although I'm sure with the big girl bed, my daughter would have them ripped down faster than I can blink.

  9. It looks fantastic! I thought you lived in a loft, though? I was expecting something all urban chic with like, repurposed industrial conveyor belts or something. This is awesome, though, and any little girl would love this room.

    1. Bahahaha! Conveyor belt. For some reason, that's the funniest thing I've heard all week.

  10. Hi! I hope you don't mind - I tagged you on my blog for an 11 question blogger ice breaker game. I'd love to see your answers! The room is really cute. I have so much fun decorating my boys' rooms. We just redid my youngest boy's room.

I love hearing from you. It reinforces that writing this blog is not just a silly waste of my brain matter. If you leave a douche canoe comment, I will delete it. I am powerful like that.
