  1. Your accent walls rock! I love the pops of color they add. And I could totally sit on your sofa all day and watch Barney on the ipad with my littles, while sipping a beer. :)

  2. You have nice taste. Don't your kids knock all your shit off your table and fireplace? All my nice stuff is at least 4 ft. off the ground.

  4. Great job! And really, good luck with two kids and all the LIIIIGHT-colored carpet! When we moved into our place 6.5 years ago, we had a similar color. We now have light brown carpet with large polka-dot accents. No, we haven't replaced the original carpet.
    GAG.

  5. Unrelated to this particular post, but NickMom posted this on FB and I thought of you: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=370600236333733&set=a.258329014227523.61511.246157688777989&type=1

  6. I am amazed and awed by your clutter-free home. I do not know how to make my home be like that. Just thinking about making the desk I at which I sit right now, like that, makes me realize how unfathomable that neatness is for me. My God. My poor poor son who will be born a Virgo in 15 weeks, give or take a few days; I will drive him nuts.

    1. Thanks! Phillips furniture. You pick the chair style, then the fabric. The style is the Carmichael or something and the fabric is Jacobean.

  9. Your coffee table is my favorite! I can't wait to have a living room large enough for a coffee table that size.

I love hearing from you. It reinforces that writing this blog is not just a silly waste of my brain matter. If you leave a douche canoe comment, I will delete it. I am powerful like that.
